I suffer from this problem. It’s extremely frustrating especially as you watch time go by, counting down the hours till you have to get up for work. Many people do not get the correct amount of sleep, as a result of this many of us find it hard to concentrate whilst going about our daily activities. I personally know my concentration level tends to be low when iv had lack of sleep and I don’t tend to function properly (unless fuelled with energy drinks) </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 115%;"><span> </span>Here are a few things that may help you get a peaceful night’s sleep:</span></p>

It would seem fashion is not bound to only what we wear but is slowly making its way into every facet of our lives.
