Kyoto Jasmin Futon

The Jasmin futon from Kyoto is a new style from us and it looks different from many others as it has its own unique style with the narrow low slats on the sides under the arms that bow out making a convenient magazine rack attached to the arm. The frame is of Hevea wood which is in the maple family but commonly known as the rubber tree. When the sap of the tree has run its course, instead of destroying the tree as used to be done, it is now cut down and fashioned into attractive and long lasting hard wood furniture which now makes this an environmentally green product. The grain looks great and it is a really sturdy wood. This futon converts easily to a double bed and with sprung wooden slats and well stuffed mattress it is very comfortable as well as good looking. It comes in ten colors of aqua, black, charcoal, chocolate, mink, natural, plum, steel, stone and teal so one should be just right for you.
