All delivery timescales are advertised with each product on the website. We offer some products on a next working day delivery if ordered before 12 noon (10.30 for mattresses) or some on a longer lead time in which case we would call and arrange a convenient day for delivery.
Standard deliveries are made between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday. This is a doorstep delivery or to the ground floor entrance to a block of flats. (Surcharges and extended delivery times may apply to certain postcodes and off shore isles such as AB, IV, PA, KW, FK, and PH) Please be aware that if you purchase a product on an express delivery and require assistance to take your product inside of your house, you must arrange this help yourself.
2 man delivery charge - £29.99 (this is usually due to heavy/bulky items – deliveries will be made within 3 – 5 Working days)
Northern Ireland and all off shore Isles - £19.99 standard delivery charge + £49.99 surcharge (please purchase this option in your basket under the section 'delivery upgrade options' – Deliveries will be made within 3 – 5 working days).
Saturday or Pre 9.30am weekday delivery – £19.99 standard delivery charge + £49.99 surcharge (please purchase these options in your basket under the section 'delivery upgrade options')
Wherever possible we endeavor to get the delivery to you on your chosen day, however on rare occasions we do sometimes experience delays.
Some products will come on separate couriers but will endeavor to come on the same day.
Please note: If you have agreed a date for delivery and are not in when it arrives, you will be charged £15 for re-delivery.
