Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we offer a 7 day no quibble returns policy. The items must be unopened and free from use.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and advise us that you wish to return the goods. We can arrange a collection for a charge of £50 per item or you can return them yourself via your own carrier for a full refund. Once the goods are back with us we will inspect the items and refund your money minus any shipping/ collection costs. This is usually processed within 7 working days.

Collections are strictly Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm. We have no way of narrowing down the time with this service.

Special Order Items

Items which are specifically made to order or have been specially ordered are non returnable and non refundable. Made to order items are an exception to the distance selling regulations and will not be accepted as a return for credit or exchange unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

All made to order goods are thoroughly checked prior to dispatch.

Damages

In the unlikely event of your parcel been damaged you must inform us at the point of delivery or within 24 hours. We require you to check items prior to accepting delivery and for you to check the packaging for sign's of damage. If your delivery is damaged, you must sign for the goods as ‘damaged' to enable you to make a claim. Do not sign for the goods as unchecked as this will invalidate any claim. We require digital images of any damage to the goods however we will send you an email with all the information required to make a claim or you can email sales@timelessbeds.co.uk with your order reference number, Name and a brief description of the damage. Depending on individual cases we will either replace the whole item or in part. We may require the damaged items back so please keep the packaging for the item.

We endeavour to replace any damaged items within 3-5 working days however we will contact you and discuss the best course of action. Collections and re delivery are available Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays) between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm, we have no way of narrowing down this service.

Faults/ Defects

If once you have opened your item and you find that there is a fault or defect with the product please contact us within 24 hours. We will require digital images of the fault and a brief description of the problem. You can email sales@timelessbeds.co.uk with your name and order reference, then we will then contact you to discuss the best course of action. We endeavour to replace any faulty items within 3 – 5 working days and may require the faulty pieces back. Please ensure you keep all the original packaging for the item. Delivery and collections are available Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm, we have no way of narrowing down this service.

Guarantee

All our bed frames have a 12 month manufacturer's guarantee. Mattresses unless stated otherwise also come with a 12 month guarantee. Some items may require the use of non slip pads if used on a wooden or tiled floor. If the bed frame is used without this it may invalidate any claims.

Refunds

All refunds will be made within 7 working days. Full refunds will only be made if products fail to comply with manufacturer's standards and are still under guarantee.
